Who is responsible

What this portal stores

Signing in links a user identifier and email address to your account. When you save work, the portal stores notes, reading markers, diagnostic answers, practice artifacts, self-checks and timestamps. These records let you resume on another device and inspect your learning history.

The starting-point diagnostic uses your selected answers and submitted artifact records. It does not send them to a generative AI provider or perform an AI competence assessment.

Sign-in, hosting and payments

Your sign-in identifies your account across learning records and purchases. The site runs through OpenAI Sites, using Cloudflare Workers and its connected D1 database for learning and purchase records. Stripe-hosted Checkout receives your account email and processes payment details; the portal retains order references, amount, currency, accepted terms and access status. Card numbers are not collected by the learning form.

The portal also records verified payment events, cumulative refunds, pending refunds, dispute observations and the timestamp of any refund request. These operational records support course access, refund handling and payment reconciliation. You can view your own purchase and refund status. Detailed reconciliation records are restricted to authorized commerce operators and are separate from your lesson notes and exercises.

Optional AI practice feedback

This optional feature is currently disabled. When available, it requires explicit consent before sending your saved fictional artifact, transfer response, practice mode and lesson criteria to OpenAI. Your account identifier, email, private notes and starting-point answers are not included.

The portal saves feedback, model name, consent version and request timestamps in your learning record. Requests use the provider’s storage-disabled setting, which does not mean zero data retention: the provider’s applicable data and abuse-monitoring policies still apply. Feedback can contain mistakes and never changes practice status or certifies expertise. You can study without requesting it.

What to keep out of an exercise

Use the supplied fictional cases or data you have anonymized and are authorized to use. Do not submit client personal information, financial account details, confidential contracts, credentials or private recordings. A model-generated answer is not authorization to disclose data.

Your controls

You can edit saved notes and practice, sign out and download your learning records from your account. That download does not include the separate payment and support records. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support with the account and the scope of your request; do not send passwords or payment credentials. Requests are handled manually by Luiz Felipe Parras. We verify account ownership without requesting passwords. You may request deletion of saved notes, drafts and exercises. Purchase, entitlement, accepted-terms, refund and dispute records are separately retained for applicable legal, accounting and payment-dispute obligations. We explain any retention exception when responding to your request. Hosting, login and payment providers may process technical logs and cookies under their own policies.

Optional advertising measurement

With the same optional choice, PostHog receives explicit funnel events: public page views, selected calls to action, workbook preview interactions, demonstration video starts and completions, sample opens, sign-in steps, checkout, verified payment and file delivery. We send a random consent-session identifier, a fixed page label, product, price, currency, device category and event time. We do not send your account identity, email, form fields, full URLs, IP address or course content to PostHog. Session replay, automatic click capture and person-profile creation are not used.

Local funnel events expire after 90 days and are removed during routine cleanup or withdrawal of that session’s consent. Withdrawal prevents further delivery; data already received by PostHog follows its retention settings and privacy policy. Contact support for a deletion request. Marketing measurement is available only after you choose Allow marketing measurement. Declining never blocks sign-in, purchase or learning. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps marketing measurement off. Use Privacy choices to review or withdraw your choice.

When enabled and allowed, public visits, checkout starts and verified purchases may be measured using Meta Pixel and the Conversions API through Zernio. Limited matching data can include event time, a random measurement ID, page address, limited campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers, package, amount, currency, browser information, IP address and Meta advertising cookies. We do not include exercise contents, private notes, diagnostic answers, email addresses or payment credentials in marketing events.

Consent and active attribution expire after 90 days. Expired records are excluded from measurement and removed during routine operational cleanup. Withdrawal removes matching and attribution details from the active consent record and stops new events. Separately required financial records remain. Meta and Zernio process received data under their own policies, and data already sent may need to be addressed through those providers.

Our service providers may process data outside your country. Contact contato@a1solutions.ia.br to request access, correction, deletion or information about transfers and retention. Mandatory data-protection rights apply regardless of the account controls offered by the portal.
