Your package

The US$97 one-time purchase includes the Core foundation and the US Real Estate specialization for one learner. New niche tracks are separate products. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

Sign in with the account offered on the sign-in page. Your purchase belongs to the sign-in used at checkout. A1 does not receive your password. Keep your account secure and contact support if you lose access.

The AI Listing & Follow-up Kit PDF is included in the bundle. Existing bundle owners can download it from Your account. An eligible US$49 kit purchase can be credited toward a US$48 upgrade under the kit and credit terms.

Received editions and updates

Access to the editions you receive remains permanent. Updates published for the purchased tracks during the first 12 calendar months after access activation are included. Expiry of that update period does not remove received editions. The account records activation and the final update date in UTC.

Reading, notes, submitted practice, simulated exercises and reviewed work are distinct records. They do not establish professional competence or grant a professional credential.

Permanent access means received editions have no A1-imposed expiry date. It does not guarantee the permanent availability of third-party services. If A1 retires the hosted course, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a readable copy of editions you received.

Course format and tools

The first edition is in English and uses text, diagrams, original examples and exercises. It does not include recorded instructor videos, private coaching or a guaranteed revenue result. Third-party AI services have their own terms, plan requirements and charges. A supplied-material simulation is identified separately from practice performed in a tool.

AI subscriptions, credits and third-party fees are not included. Educational material is not legal, tax, financial or brokerage advice. Check current facts, permissions and professional requirements before applying a method.

Use of materials

A purchase is for the learner’s own study and application of the methods. Original course lessons and teaching assets are not licensed for resale or redistribution. Linked third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ terms. Fictional examples must be adapted and checked before use in real business work.

7-day refund policy

Request a full refund within 7 days of your confirmed purchase. Submit the request from your account or contact support. The request timestamp determines eligibility. A confirmed full refund ends course access. Later requests are reviewed individually without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

The seven-day window begins when payment is confirmed, not when you open checkout. You do not need to finish lessons or give a reason to request a refund. Requests outside the window can still be submitted for individual review.

A recorded request is not a completed refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and bank. Requesting a refund alone does not change your access. A confirmed full refund revokes access to this purchase, including its received editions.

Future changes to these terms will identify their version and will not retroactively shorten the refund window or remove editions already received, except where required by law or to protect the service from abuse.
