Your kit purchase

US$49 once buys one learner the English AI Listing & Follow-up Kit, September 2026 PDF edition, the Listing Visual Starter, and the September 25, 2026 editable Listing Launch Pack. The PDF contains three workflows with explanations, diagrams, prompts, fictional examples and exercises. Download it from Your account after Stripe payment verification. Your received file has no access expiry, subject to a confirmed refund or payment dispute. Save your copy. Future kit editions are not promised.

The Listing Launch Pack is a separate ZIP of editable files and instructions for preparing and checking listing materials, including three reusable AI skill files and an AI start-here guide. The original PDF edition is unchanged. Existing accounts with valid kit access also receive this pack without another payment. Save the supplied edition; future additions and updates are not promised. File formats and required compatible software are listed on the offer page and in the pack instructions.

An A1 Academy account is required for sign-in. The kit belongs to the account used at checkout. It does not include the Academy portal lessons, skill map, feedback, coaching, video lessons or third-party AI subscriptions. The methods require human judgment and do not automatically publish listings or send messages.

US$49 Academy credit

An eligible paid kit gives the same account one US$49 credit toward the Core + US Real Estate bundle. Its upgrade checkout charges US$48: US$49 + US$48 = US$97 total. Buying the Academy directly for US$97 includes the kit. Do not buy it a second time.

The credit has no artificial expiration date, is not cash, cannot be transferred or combined with itself, and is used once. It requires a kit payment that has not been refunded, disputed or submitted for a refund review. A checkout reserves it until Stripe confirms payment or expiration. A refunded upgrade does not automatically restore a used credit; contact support if you need help.

The upgrade includes the published Core and US Real Estate edition, 12 calendar months of updates to those tracks from upgrade activation, and permanent access to received editions under the course terms. New niche tracks are separate products.

7-day full refund

Request a full refund of either purchase from Your account within 7 days of that payment being confirmed. No reason or completed exercise is required. Requests outside this period remain available for individual review. A request is recorded immediately but processed manually; it is not a completed refund. Stripe returns funds to the original payment method, with bank timing varying.

A confirmed kit refund returns the US$49 actually paid and cancels any unused credit. It revokes hosted access through that kit purchase; a previously downloaded file cannot be remotely deleted. If you already purchased an Academy upgrade, a later kit refund does not add a charge or revoke that separately acquired course. The course continues to include the kit.

A confirmed upgrade refund returns the amount actually paid and revokes that course entitlement. Your separate kit remains available if its purchase is still valid. If both purchases are fully refunded, the total returned is the amount paid for both purchases (US$97 at current prices; US$149 for the earlier US$100 upgrade). A direct Academy refund returns the amount paid for that purchase and revokes the included kit unless you have another valid kit purchase. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

If a kit credit becomes invalid while an upgrade payment is in flight, the paid upgrade is flagged for manual access review and refund assistance. We do not automatically charge the difference. Contact contato@a1solutions.ia.br.

Using the material

You may upload the kit files to your chosen AI assistant, or paste their content into a private conversation, for your own work with the kit. Native skill installation is optional; file support, retention and data-use settings depend on that provider and plan. Review those settings and use only information you are permitted to share. Do not publish the paid files in a public chatbot or shared template library. AI output requires your review.

You may study and apply the original methods in your own work, and adapt the supplied templates for your business. You may not resell or redistribute the kit or its teaching assets. Examples are fictional. Verify facts, client permission, tool terms and local professional requirements before real use. Educational content is not legal, financial, tax or brokerage advice. It promises no sales, earnings or professional certification.
